Este contacto se ha visto que es m\u00e1s efectivo, ya que reduce el gasto energ\u00e9tico aprovechando mejor la energ\u00eda el\u00e1stica de los tendones. Sin embargo, no es cierto que con un calzado con amortiguaci\u00f3n no se pueda llevar a cabo este contacto en metatarsos, ya que depende m\u00e1s de la t\u00e9cnica de carrera o del terreno que de la propia zapatilla. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las zapatillas convencionales lo que han hecho es disminuir o evitar las lesiones por taloneo gracias a la amortiguaci\u00f3n, con una c\u00e1mara de aire o muelles en la zona posterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mayor parte de los corredores que se han pasado al minimalismo, lo hacen frustrados por continuas lesiones y reca\u00eddas pero es importante conocer que esta transici\u00f3n no es f\u00e1cil. No se debe pasar de un d\u00eda a otro, sino llevar a cabo una <strong>adaptaci\u00f3n perfeccionando progresivamente la t\u00e9cnica<\/strong>. Las lesiones m\u00e1s frecuentes en personas que se est\u00e1n iniciando con este tipo de zapatillas son las que tienen que ver con la piel, como ampollas o \u00a0las sobrecargas musculares, sobre todo en gemelos y s\u00f3leo. Adem\u00e1s son tambi\u00e9n comunes las lesiones por estr\u00e9s, ya que al no haber amortiguaci\u00f3n el impacto recae directamente sobre los huesos y articulaciones, o la <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/madrid\/los-huesos-sesamoideos\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sesamoiditis<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de la que ya os hablamos en anteriores entradas del blog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-733\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/10\/1024px-FiveFingers_Bikila_top_view_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/10\/1024px-FiveFingers_Bikila_top_view_2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/10\/1024px-FiveFingers_Bikila_top_view_2-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/10\/1024px-FiveFingers_Bikila_top_view_2-940x705.jpg 940w, https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/10\/1024px-FiveFingers_Bikila_top_view_2.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez concluida la adaptaci\u00f3n, las lesiones de un corredor con zapatillas minimalista o amortiguadas pueden ser las mismas, aunque se piensa que es una forma m\u00e1s natural de caminar y correr y que provoca menos lesiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde mi punto de vista, aquellos runners que est\u00e9n valorando el cambio de calzado por la sucesi\u00f3n de lesiones deber\u00edan primero evaluar su t\u00e9cnica de carrera y sus zapatillas actuales con un profesional.
