Muchas personas se resisten a dejar de realizar su deporte favorito durante el periodo estival, por eso hoy vamos a hablar de los beneficios y las precauciones que hay que tener para no lesionarse si se practica <strong>RUNNING EN LA PLAYA (la carrera de toda la vida, jejeje).\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-702\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/07\/beach-sea-horizon-silhouette-person-sunset-1088243-pxhere.com_-215x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"215\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/07\/beach-sea-horizon-silhouette-person-sunset-1088243-pxhere.com_-215x300.jpg 215w, https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/07\/beach-sea-horizon-silhouette-person-sunset-1088243-pxhere.com_-300x420.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/07\/beach-sea-horizon-silhouette-person-sunset-1088243-pxhere.com_.jpg 429w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 215px) 100vw, 215px\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Correr por la arena en la playa tiene <strong>m\u00faltiples beneficios<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lugar, se queman m\u00e1s calor\u00edas en la misma distancia y tiempo que se har\u00eda en asfalto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El impacto articular es menor. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trabaja con m\u00e1s intensidad la musculatura del miembro inferior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejora la propiocepci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero no se puede correr de cualquier manera, se deben tomar ciertas medidas para evitar lesiones posteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto al terreno, <strong>se recomienda correr <\/strong><\/span><strong>sobre la arena mojada<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en la orilla. No es conveniente hacerlo sobre la arena seca, mucho m\u00e1s inestable y donde la demanda muscular y la t\u00e9cnica de carrera no es igual al terreno sobre el que se est\u00e1 habituado a correr. Esto puede provocar \u00a0lesiones en corredores ocasionales. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed mismo es muy importante valorar la inclinaci\u00f3n de la orilla, se que en muchas playas es muy pronunciada. Una gran inclinaci\u00f3n provoca una adaptaci\u00f3n en acortamiento de la pierna m\u00e1s alejada al mar y una inclinaci\u00f3n del tronco. Por ello, se deben buscar los terrenos m\u00e1s llanos posibles y evitar este tipo de playas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-704\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/07\/shoes-2297864_640-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/07\/shoes-2297864_640-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alicante\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/07\/shoes-2297864_640.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro de los aspectos controvertidos es si se debe o no utilizar calzado. Es importante destacar que no es lo mismo andar que correr por la orilla. Para correr se recomienda utilizar un calzado adecuado, que nos proporcione mayor estabilidad y evite da\u00f1os con piedras o conchas que pueda haber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al finalizar los entrenamientos es conveniente aprovechar las ventajas que supone estar en el mar, paseando descalzo durante unos minutos por la orilla, lo que favorecer\u00e1 el retorno venoso y la recuperaci\u00f3n muscular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, hay que tener en cuenta, al realizar cualquier tipo de ejercicio en verano, la hidrataci\u00f3n y evitar las horas de mayor exposici\u00f3n solar para evitar los golpes de calor.
