{"id":4873,"date":"2018-04-04T11:14:43","date_gmt":"2018-04-04T11:14:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alcorcon\/?p=4873"},"modified":"2023-02-24T20:47:19","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T20:47:19","slug":"fracturas-vertebrales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fisiohogar.com\/alcorcon\/fracturas-vertebrales\/","title":{"rendered":"Fracturas vertebrales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En la entrada del blog de hoy os vamos a hablar acerca de las fracturas en la columna vertebral, \u00e9stas se pueden dividir en tres tipos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fracturas por compresi\u00f3n, son las m\u00e1s leves y se producen cuando hay un aplastamiento del cuerpo vertebral. En la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones la v\u00e9rtebra adopta forma de cu\u00f1a, donde la parte anterior del cuerpo es la que pierde m\u00e1s altura. Este tipo de lesi\u00f3n es muy com\u00fan en personas mayores con osteoporosis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fractura-estallido: el cuerpo vertebral \u201cestalla\u201d y se divide en muchos fragmentos. Generalmente se produce en traumatismos graves y puede provocar alteraciones neurol\u00f3gicas si los fragmentos se desplazan al canal medular o raqu\u00eddeo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fractura-luxaci\u00f3n: es la m\u00e1s grave e inestable y se producen por tambi\u00e9n por traumatismos de alta energ\u00eda. Existe una rotura de ligamentos y discos vertebrales, perdiendo la continuidad dos v\u00e9rtebras contiguas. Las consecuencias neurol\u00f3gicas pueden ser muy importantes.<\/span><i><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TRATAMIENTO DE FISIOTERAPIA TRAS FRACTURA VERTEBRAL:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El tratamiento variar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n del tipo de fractura y de las caracter\u00edsticas de cada paciente. El tratamiento conservador consiste en la inmovilizaci\u00f3n y la colocaci\u00f3n de un cors\u00e9, en cambio en el tratamiento quir\u00fargico se realiza una fijaci\u00f3n para aumentar la estabilidad de la regi\u00f3n y disminuir las secuelas neurol\u00f3gicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La fisioterapia tendr\u00e1 un papel primordial despu\u00e9s del tratamiento m\u00e9dico, y los objetivos principales ser\u00e1n la disminuci\u00f3n del dolor y de la contractura muscular y mejorar la movilidad y la fuerza de la musculatura del raquis.
