Como todo deporte requiere preparaci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnica pues no nos podemos olvidar que sin ellas seremos m\u00e1s vulnerables a las lesiones y es posible que no disfrutemos de la misma manera del deporte. Siempre hay que recordar adem\u00e1s realizar un buen calentamiento y un buen enfriamiento para una correcta recuperaci\u00f3n posterior que nos permitir\u00e1 continuar bailando con el mar y sus olas.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRGxLjpsdwD1T1zJlcszaDbuDMgGyeFRy8WmMfLW4L1h16XyN3h\" width=\"274\" height=\"184\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfqu\u00e9 lesiones son las m\u00e1s habituales? \u00bfa qu\u00e9 regiones debemos prestar m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n?<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por un lado pueden producirse <\/span><strong>contusiones y laceraciones<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a veces por contacto con otros surfistas. Sed cautos y seguid las normas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las principales lesiones es el <\/span><strong>esguince de rodilla<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, principalmente del ligamento lateral interno: Causado por determinadas maniobras que pondr\u00e1n en tensi\u00f3n las fibras del ligamento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n en la rodilla se podr\u00e1n producir <\/span><strong>lesiones meniscales<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a causa de las diferentes posiciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La repetici\u00f3n de gestos, la sobrecarga puede llevar f\u00e1cilmente a <\/span><strong>tendinopat\u00edas<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>,<\/strong> principalmente en el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tend\u00f3n rotuliano<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el gesto de la remada debemos prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tendinopat\u00edas de la <strong>regi\u00f3n de hombro<\/strong><\/span><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por supuesto no pod\u00edan faltar los <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>dolores<\/strong> en la regi\u00f3n de la espalda<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en cualquiera de sus zonas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obviamente cualquier lesi\u00f3n es posible y tambi\u00e9n debemos conocer nuestro cuerpo y sus regiones fr\u00e1giles. Pero parece que las rodillas principalmente y tambi\u00e9n los hombros se llevan la peor parte. Por tanto no debemos en modo alguno olvidar estas articulaciones en nuestro calentamiento y tambi\u00e9n en nuestra preparaci\u00f3n. Un buen trabajo propioceptivo ser\u00e1 indispensable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfqu\u00e9 podemos hacer para prevenir?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero especial atenci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n en la preparaci\u00f3n al famoso \u201ccore\u201d, nuestra regi\u00f3n estabilizadora, la faja abdominal, la que nos va a ayudar poderosamente en la b\u00fasqueda de ese equilibrio tan precario que acompa\u00f1a al mar y su eterno movimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y si a pesar de toda la preparaci\u00f3n llega la lesi\u00f3n recuerda que <strong>el fisioterapeuta es tu gran aliado<\/strong> para una correcta recuperaci\u00f3n. Pero sobre todo, es importante siempre \u201clanzarse al agua\u201d con precauci\u00f3n, habiendo aprendido y habi\u00e9ndose preparado con profesionales.
