Estar atentos a signos detectables de manera sencilla y que nos van a permitir remediar a tiempo algo que podr\u00eda tener consecuencias m\u00e1s graves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><strong>Trombosis Venosa Profunda<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es la formaci\u00f3n de un co\u00e1gulo sangu\u00edneo en una vena que se encuentra profunda. Porque los terapeutas y cuidadores tenemos en nuestras manos muchas veces a personas cuyo riesgo de sufrir este problema est\u00e1 aumentado, sea por su propia enfermedad, sea por acabar de ser operados o por periodos de inmovilidad m\u00e1s o menos prolongados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay una regla para recordar <strong>algunos s\u00edntomas<\/strong> que se van a producir (aunque existen m\u00e1s), pero esta regla facilita la memorizaci\u00f3n. Com\u00fanmente se habla de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rubor, Tumor y Calor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A\u00f1adiremos a la rima tambi\u00e9n <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La regi\u00f3n donde m\u00e1s frecuentemente observaremos esto es la pantorrilla (aunque hay que vigilar otras regiones).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rubor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se entiende que la zona, la piel, est\u00e1 enrojecida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tumor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no es una palabra que deba asustar, hablar\u00edamos de algo engrosado, edema, inflamaci\u00f3n en la zona.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La temperatura tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 aumentada y en esa parte se sentir\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">calor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobre el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dolor<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> suele hablarse de \u201cdolor a punta de dedo\u201d, es decir, si yo oprimo con alguno de mis dedos la regi\u00f3n, se incrementa el dolor. Pero tambi\u00e9n se puede provocar haciendo un movimiento de bombeo con nuestras manos en la pantorrilla o al realizar flexi\u00f3n dorsal del pie, o bien la persona puede referir dolor en esa zona al caminar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para verificar tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edamos tomar el pulso en tres partes de la pierna (tobillo, popl\u00edteo y femoral) y comprobar si en las partes superiores est\u00e1 debilitado o incluso desaparecido, pero en cualquier modo, si observamos alguno de los s\u00edntomas anteriores y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ante la m\u00e1s m\u00ednima sospecha<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el modo de actuar es claramente <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ir al m\u00e9dico<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> inmediatamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es una de esas raras ocasiones en las que se recomienda no hacer nada, casi absolutamente nada. No moverse (con lo que nos gusta a los fisioterapeutas haceros andar\u2026) Por supuesto esta situaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 temporal. Una vez instaurado el tratamiento ser\u00e1 caminar una de las pautas m\u00e1s beneficiosas para prevenir recidivas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y las pruebas que nos van a hacer no son complejas, normalmente con una simple ecograf\u00eda doppler bastar\u00e1 para llegar a un diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e1s evidente y\/o un examen de sangre. Y con algo tan sencillo podr\u00e1n descartarlo y nos quedaremos tranquilos para poder seguir realizando nuestra terapia o actividades diarias o podr\u00e1n haberlo encontrado a tiempo e instaurar el tratamiento necesario (normalmente un tratamiento anticoagulante) para que ese co\u00e1gulo no genere problemas m\u00e1s graves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La intenci\u00f3n de este texto no es asustar, ni mucho menos alarmar pero s\u00ed prevenir, dar una informaci\u00f3n que debe conocerse.
